Before you send
- Quote number: Q-2026-1029-01 follows a date-based pattern. Swap in your own numbering if you use one.
- Validity: 30 days lands on Saturday, November 28. Fine to leave, or move to Friday, November 27.
- Tax-exempt certificate: the note says it's on file. Confirm before sending.
