Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

Go to Plan → Manage subscription and click Cancel. You won't be charged again. Your plan stays on until the end of the month or year you've already paid for, then moves to Free. Your profile and saved prompts stay in your account.

7-day refund on your first payment

If PromptSpoke isn't right for you, email support@promptspoke.com within 7 days of your first payment, from the email on your account, and we'll refund it in full. This applies to monthly and yearly plans.

After that

Renewals and payments after the first 7 days aren't refunded, including partly used months or years. If you forgot to cancel a yearly renewal, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll sort it out.

How refunds work

Payments are processed by Stripe, so refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. A refunded subscription ends right away and your account moves to Free.

Founding members

The same rules apply. If you cancel or are refunded, the founding price ends and can't be restored later.
