Account Research & First Touch
$1.99 · free with ProPaste your notes on a target account and get a fit score, the buying triggers that matter, who to contact, and a 3-touch email and LinkedIn sequence ready to send.
For sales reps who prospect account by account and want to stop staring at a blank email.
Paste whatever you found on a company: website, news, LinkedIn posts, job ads, CRM notes. It scores the account against your ideal-customer checklist with an exact calculator, ranks the buying triggers by how recent and relevant they are, picks the two or three people to contact, and writes a short three-touch sequence with real send dates.
Every message opens with something true about the account, not about you. It only uses the facts you give it and puts anything missing in [brackets], so nothing made up reaches a prospect. Low-fit accounts get parked with a reason, so you spend your time where it counts.

Touch 1: email (Friday, October 30)
Subject: two stockouts this summer
Priya,
Your post asked how others handle packaging backorders. Here's what's working for Pioneer Grocers: we count their packaging on-site every week and refill before they run low. They went from 9 stockouts a month to 1 in a quarter.
With Sunny Ridge landing in Toledo, worth 15 minutes to see if it fits?
Dana Okafor · Northside Supply Co. · [phone]
Why it works: opens with her words, one proof point with a number, one easy ask. 54 words.
Touch 2: LinkedIn note (Monday, November 2)
Priya, your post on packaging backorders hit home. I help food makers in Ohio and Indiana stop running short. Would be glad to connect.
Why it works: no pitch, just the shared context. Gets her to recognise the name on touch 3.
Touch 3: email (Monday, November 9)
Subject: columbus dc, day one
Priya,
New angle. The Columbus DC will need cases, film and labels the day it opens, and those suppliers usually get picked in the last few weeks.
We deliver next-day from two warehouses in the region, on one invoice.
Should I loop in Tom Becker to map it out?
Dana
Why it works: a second trigger, not a "bumping this up". The ask names her procurement lead, so a yes is easy. (Day 9 fell on Saturday, so it moved to Monday.)
